Coronavirus disease affects all the world with pandemic way that we are still living. The fight against continues vaccination over world. Considering protection time and difficulties in attaining vaccine, order to be successful fighting disease, need drugs enable kill or hinder replication of viruses. In drug studies, after analyzing effect phytochemicals on viruses, isolated phytochemical is modified synthesize a more effective molecule. It not possible analyze anti-viral activity each molecule by in-vitro methods, in-silico methods can help overcome this problem. Cistus incanus plant whose has been confirmed previous trials many study, interaction myricetin 3-O-hexoside, myricitrin, quercitrin kaempferol 3-O-rutinocide which were detected incanus, analyzed molecular docking papain-like protease main crystal. Strong H-bonds between investigated molecules protease.
